Fashion1800’s Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy

Need to make a return or exchange?

Fashion1800 is proud of the products we offer and we want you to be completely satisfied.

REFUNDS: You may return any product (including special order items) in brand new condition within 30 days for a full refund, excluding shipping costs and minus a 10% restocking fee. If the return is due to our error (not what you ordered, defect in merchandise, etc), we will issue a full refund including shipping costs.

EXCHANGES: If you opt for exchange credit, you may return any product in brand new condition within 30 days and receive a credit for the full purchase price, excluding shipping (no restocking fee).

Our 30-day returns policy is extended during the Christmas holiday to allow for early holiday gift shopping: any purchase from November 1 through December 31 may be returned or exchanged prior to January 31 of the following year.

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT: Send the item back to us (see address below) via any shipping service (UPS, USPS, or FedEx are recommended). Package the item so that it arrives to us in brand new condition. Include your name, physical (shipping) address, phone number, and email address. Include your preference for refund or exchange credit. You do not need to call us or email us as long as you include complete information so that we know what you would like us to do and to whom we should issue the credit or send the exchange.

  • Returned items must be in brand new condition.
  • You may try on an item for size but wearing it, even once, disqualifies it for return.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Turnaround times on exchanges may be 2-4 weeks from the date you ship to us.
  • For faster exchanges, you may want to order a new item and then return the original.
  • We cannot accept any return beyond 30 days* after you received it.

* Year-End Holiday Note: During the Christmas holiday season, our normal 30-day returns policy is extended. To allow for early shopping and month-end giving. Orders placed between November 1 and December 31 have return privileges until January 31 of the following year.

THE HARSH REALITIES: If an item is returned in any condition other than brand new, we will not issue a credit or refund in any amount. We will not return the item unless you pay an individually arranged shipping and handling charge. Any marks (from makeup, food, water, soil, or any other source), odors (such as cigarette, perfume, animal smells, or any other lingering odor), will disqualify the item for exchange or refund.
